Walk in Warrant Program

Under this program you may turn yourself in without posting a bond. You are required to bring $25.00 non-refundable fee for each warrant. You can turn yourself in without being arrested or booked-in on Monday through Thursday between the hours of 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

The next issued Court date will be the Tuesday following your turn-in date.

This must be done in person at the Roberts County Sheriff’s Office 11924 BIA HWY 700 Sisseton SD 57262.

This process involves filling out an information sheet and receiving a court date. Court dates will not be set on holidays. If you do not appear at this hearing a fail to appear warrant will be issued for your arrest.
